Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Capellini pasta
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Pcs cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for non-vegan)

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Capellini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well, adding a splash of reserved pasta water to create a light sauce.
  • Stir in fresh basil, red chili flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan or additional basil if desired.
