  • Coat the Chicken:
    1.Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess.
    2.Dip into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.Press into the breadcrumb mixture, covering both sides.
  • Chill for Extra Crispiness (Optional):
    Place breaded cutlets on a plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes to help the coating set.
  • Air Fry the Cutlets:
    1.Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    2.Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
    3.Place the cutlets in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
    4.Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
    5.(Internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C) for safety.)
