Instructions
Whip the Cream: In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form.
Add Sweetener and Flavor: Gently fold in the keto-friendly sweetener, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder (if using).
Transfer to Mold: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an airtight freezer-safe container. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until the dessert is firm.
Serve: Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Top with fresh berries, if desired.
