Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener e.g., erythritol, monk fruit
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder optional, for chocolate flavor
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Whip the Cream: In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Add Sweetener and Flavor: Gently fold in the keto-friendly sweetener, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder (if using).
  • Transfer to Mold: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an airtight freezer-safe container. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
  • Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until the dessert is firm.
  • Serve: Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Top with fresh berries, if desired.
