Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe passion fruits about 1.5 cups pulp
  • 2 cups water 480ml
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes optional

  • 1.Cut and scoop the passion fruits: Cut the passion fruits in half and use a spoon to scoop out the pulp and seeds.
  • 2.Blend: Add the passion fruit pulp and water to a blender. Blend on high for 15-20 seconds until smooth.
  • 3.Strain (optional): For a smoother texture, use a fine mesh strainer to strain the juice into a pitcher, removing the seeds and excess pulp.
  • 4.Sweeten: Taste the juice and add honey or agave syrup if you prefer extra sweetness.
  • 5.Chill: Refrigerate the juice for at least 30 minutes for a refreshing, chilled drink
  • 6.Serve: Pour the juice over ice cubes (optional) and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a fizzy twist, add sparkling water or club soda to the juice before serving.
