Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs flank steak (orpreferred cut)
  • 2 tbs Chipotle seasoning (or Chipotle adobo sauce)
  • 1 pcs lime (for juice and zest)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 pcs garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, forsweetness)
  • 1 pcs Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine Chipotle seasoning, lime juice and zest, olive oil, minced garlic, honey (optional), salt, and pepper. Stir well to create a smooth marinade.
  • Marinate the Steak: Coat the steak with the marinade, making sure it’s well-covered. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
  • Grill the Steak: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve: Slice the steak against the grain for tender slices. Serve with a fresh avocado, cilantro, and optional sides like grilled vegetables or rice.
